During this time, you can also advise of any changes made to your insured asset, or if you have any updated valuations or assessments. Please allow one business day for processing before proceeding to attempt payment.

1. Easy, Secure Access: To ensure the highest level of security and an improved user experience, all clients must register for a new account before accessing the portal. Registration is quick and easy! Your client ID number will be required. You can find this on your renewal notice.

2. Policy Details Visibility: It is now easier to determine which of your home and motor policies are due for payment! All policyholders can now view the payment details for their policies which have premium payments pending.

3. Payment Confirmation Emails: For an improved payment experience, customers will receive a confirmation email with all the details of each payment made.

Pay Claims Excess Online

Payment of claims excess can also be made via the portal. Please contact our Claims team at 473 440 1193 to confirm your claim excess and/or depreciation before making a payment online.

Yes, we are happy to offer various deductible options for your policy.

Market price may consider the land value, while home insurance value considers only the cost of the actual home structure. Home insurance value is based on the rebuilding cost of your home, including walls, gates & fences, fixtures & fittings, solar panels, pools and more – but does not cover the land value.

Your bank/mortgage lender may be satisfied to insure only the amount left on the mortgage, in the event of a partial loss. However, underinsurance would be applied to the claim payment – which means that you may need to pay out of pocket to fully repair your home.

Hurricane protection is included as standard cover under our Home Insurance policy.

If a tree falls on your house, your home insurance policy will likely cover the cost to repair the damage and the cost to remove the tree. However, there are times when this might not be covered by your policy e.g. you are cutting down a tree yourself and it falls onto your roof.
